Service Deposit
There is a service deposit paid at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to the full cost of the service. The remaining cost of the service will be paid after your service is completed.
Early Policy
I'm so glad you are ready for your appointment and so excited to see you! However, I may not be able to take you early for your appointment due to serving another client for their scheduled appointment. Feel free to text me at (727)877-0639 to let me know you have arrived. If you don't hear back from me right away, please wait in your car until your scheduled appointment time.
Late Policy
We all run behind from time to time! If you are less than 15 minutes late, please let me know as soon as you can, and I will be happy to take you and remain committed to your satisfaction and relaxation. However, I may not be able to provide your full time as I have to be conscientious of my next client's time. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled (even if you are on your way), you will be considered a no-show, and therefore forfeit your service deposit. Ripple Skincare is a space of rest and relaxation, so I never want your service to feel rushed or chaotic.

If you have a chronic illness or condition which causes unpredictable delays and may potentially result in you being late on a consistent basis, please make me aware of your circumstances so we can talk about a solution for your appointment times.
No-Show & Last Minute Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up to your appointment or cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit. If you are consistently late, last-minute cancel, or no-show multiple times you may no longer be allowed to book and receive services.

If you need to cancel due to an emergency or illness, please let me know as soon as possible.
Child Policy
Due to the nature of my treatments, I have equipment within reach that can cause injury to an unsupervised child. For your relaxation and the safety of your children, Ripple Skincare is a child-free space.
Age Limit
All clients must be at least 14 years of age to receive treatment and clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of their treatment.
